1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Eventra, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Our commitment is to operational clarity; yours is to lawful and responsible usage.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use Eventra for professional event management. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license you may not:

— Modify or copy the core system architecture
— Attempt to reverse engineer the proprietary ledger components
— Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

Account security is a shared responsibility. We enforce strong encryption; you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

4. Service Integrity

We strive for architectural stability and high availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services as part of our commitment to continuous operational improvement.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eventra provides professional-grade tools, but shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.
